Company History

1983-1986

l          Mr Lee Chun Man, his son Mr Lee Kin Wa, 3 Joint Venture and a 

          group of Hong Kong workers came to Singapore to get business 

          opportunity in Construction Sector.

l          First project in Singapore was the East Coast Mandarin Garden Project 

          (4 lower rise 6th storey & 1 higher rise, 24th storey) and Mr Lee Kin Wa

          was the Site Supervisor of this project.

1987-1988

l          Mr Lee handed over his business to his son Mr Lee Kin Wa.

l          Mr Lee Kin Wa started to work with one of the Local company, a 

          successful Main Contractor during 1987 doing Condominium and MRT

          projects.

l          Mr Low granted a lot of supports and also taught him about some 

          business skills.

1989-2011

l          Mr Lee Kin Wa expanded his business skills together with his team at

          Woh Hup (Private) Limited under the guidance of the company’s 

          Directors.

l          His continuous growth was achieved by completing Architectural 

          works for many big projects with this company.

l         The company was incorporated from Chun Keung Construction to 

          Chun Keug Construction Pte Ltd in 2011

2012 till now

l         Chun Keung Construction Pte. Ltd. widens his specialized works for 

          other leading companies in Singapore such as:

- Koh Brothers Building & Civil Engineering Contractor (Pte) Ltd.

- Dragages Singapore Pte Ltd.

- Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co. Ltd. 

l         The Key persons from these companies are:

- Mr Francis Koh, CEO of Koh Brothers Building & Civil Engineering 

   Contractor (Pte) Ltd.

- Mr Allan Tan, Project Director of Dragages Singapore Pte Ltd.

- Mr Quek Chew Chiang, Commercial Manager of Shanghai Tunnel 

   Engineering Co. Ltd.

l   The company successfully grew to include a dedicated, experienced 

          core staff and skillful workers lead by Mr Lee Kin Wa who elevates the 

          organization to an established leader and in pioneering the 

          Architectural field providing high quality works at competitive price

          for the construction companies in Singapore .
